Change Management Qualification

Change Management Qualification

The Change Management certification or qualification is what Change Management professionals or soon-to-be professionals opt for to validate their knowledge in the Change Management methodology.

There are two globally-renowned bodies that offer the Change Management certification. The bodies are the Change Management Institute (CMI) and Prosci. For the purpose of this study, we focus on the Change Management Institute certification.
